THE THIRD OPTION: HOPE FOR A RACIALLY-DIVIDED NATION
Tuesday nights
Oct. 13 -- Nov. 17, 2020
7-8 p.m. on Zoom

Tim Knapp is hosting a virtual study group starting Tuesday, Oct. 13 at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Subject is the book "The Third Option" by Miles McPherson. Tim says the book focuses on dealing with racial tension by loving your God and your neighbor as yourself, and that it addresses a difficult topic in a loving and Christian way.

McPherson is a retired San Diego Charger football player who is now a pastor at the Rock Church in San Diego. He uses Christian principles to bring people together to understand our differences so we can honor each other as God would want us to do. Each week we'll cover two or three chapters in an hour-long discussion based on questions presented by McPherson.

Class will run from 7-8 p.m. every Tuesday night for six weeks, Oct. 13 to Nov. 17. The book costs $13 and is available on Amazon. Tim says we will read a few chapters of the book prior to our first meeting so you will want to have your book bought a few days earlier.

Please respond to Tim Knapp via email if you are interested so he can save you a spot.
